The GTX 1060 is not supported on MacOS Mojave, Catalina and the upcoming Big Sur due to lack of Nvidia drivers.

If you do not want to replace the GTX 1060, the latest version of MacOS you can try is High Sierra (which will be out of support soon).

If you want to install and run MacOS, I recommend you remove the 1060 and (1) use CPU integrated graphics, or (2) replace with a supported AMD graphics card such as RX 580.
