Here is my stuff for OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi

Thank you! I downloaded the master zip this time and it worked great. I finished installing macOS and then my computer rebooted. I told Clover to go boot macOS from the drive I had installed it to and I got this screen while it was loading. Do I need to do something, did I do something wrong or should I just reboot?

is there some graphics driver I need to be using?

UPDATE 2: When I ask it to restart, it fixes itself but when I move the curser it goes back to the artifacting

UPDATE 3: Verbose doesn't change anything but it first goes into a console that outputs a lot of the same line (looks like some sort of error or failure to me)

AS per guide, enable legacy boot/CSM.

Also...
No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Actually, I was able to get rid of all the artifacting, as far as I can tell, by doing an EC reset. Thank you for all of your help and bearing with me. Right now I'm working on patching my SSDTs and hopefully it will be smooth sailing from there.

It could be an indication your ACPI/patched content is out of sync.
Next time, please attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
