Dell t7400 incorrect processor speed

Hey guys, I've got my t7400 booting on its own with a few kexts and unibeast.

My issue now is, its running like garbage once it boots. It won't even run finder.

Looking at the processor speeds in "about this mac", I'm seeing 2x 4.3. In reality, I'm running 2 3.0 x5472 xeons. Additionally, under the hardware tab, my bus speed is accurate (1.6ghz) but my processor speed is listed as 28.5 ghz. Lol.... Wut. What am I missing here? I tried using chameleon wizard to edit my smbios to 3ghz but that doesn't seem to have helped.

Any ideas?

Bump. Setting cpus=1 and busratio=20 makes no difference.

Bump. Hard drive is fine.
I'm at a loss here. Mavericks runs perfectly with no edited DSDT and only a few kexts (evoreboot, nullcpupower, etc.)

Yosemite either runs like complete garbage or kernel panics after the first reboot (right after installation).
