This is my first adventure into the realms of Hackintoshes, i've been using Macs for some years and now wanted to switch camps since I don't find any current Apple computer worth buying.
I followed the generic Clover Yosemite Guide and after quite some time managed to get 10.10 up and running on a Dell T20 server.
My specs:
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1225v3
RAM: 2x 4GB DDR3-1600 ECC and one non-ECC
Graphics: Palit GTX750 Ti 2GB Kalmx plus the iGPU Intel HD P4600
Onboard Soundchip is (from what I've got from the Dell support) a Realtek ALC3220
Networkchip is a Intel i217-LM
Hardrive: Toshiba 1 TB
Power: 290W Dell prop. "80plus Bronze"
Here are the current issues I need some advise on how to iron out.
1) Onboard sound is not working at all.
2) If USB 3.0 is turned on in the Bios I get Boot-loops, so i turned it off.
3) Only the HDD temperatur sensor is working, I have FakeSMC and the plugins installed. Would love to monitor all fans/temperatures.
4) My external USB audio interface (Native Instruments Audio-4) is also not working, Yosemite compatible official driver installed, not showing up as Audio interface.
5) Clover boot time is about 40-50 seconds, which is kinda slow. Would love to know ways to improve this.
I'm using current nVidia Web Drivers (and only them) for getting picture, installed CS:GO to try out framerate and it's decent (although I got better overall responsiveness and performance on Windows 7 which I installed for testing purposes previous to 10.10)
