You can enable Speedsteps and TurboBoost.
 
The Result is the Same. stuck on continued!
 
I just noticed that you are using an old FakeSMC.kext in your Clover/kexts/Other folder.

You must take the backup folder out of it too.

Zip and post your EFI, I'll help you clean it and update the kexts.

Just to make sure, enable IntelSGX in your BIOS and try to boot again.

Looks like it could be a locked MSR issue.
 
Also I have tried VitualSMC.kext with SMCSuperIO.kext, SMCProcessor to replace FakeSMC and its Plugin,In Driver:Using VitualSmc.efi replace SMCHelper.efi. The stuck on ++++ is same.
 
Now I enabled intelSGX, and restart. It still stucks on ++++++++.
