Dell Optiplex 3080 micro Big Sur

Hey guys,

I hope this is the right place to ask this and that you could help me!
I had my old Optiplex 3020 working perfectly with Catalina but I needed a stronger computer and i just bought Optiplex 3080 mini , I would like to install Big Sur on the new one and looked into the new posts and got so confused about Clover vs. OC, however i did notice that at this point Big Sur would work with Colver which i prefer.
Can someone put some light on this for me ? lol and maybe help with what's all needed for me to create the USB installation that will fit my new computer setup ?

I would try and build using OC as opposed to clover.

I believe there is more support for OC now. Try and find an efi for the 3080 or one of the others from the same build. I recently upgraded from a Optiplex 790 to Optiplex 5050 which is a 6th gen and all seems to be working fine. I am using a gt710 as all the other BS supported gpu need a high powered power supply which these machines do not have.
