Dell Optiplex 3050 Micro High Sierra

Good morning. I’ve tried to install macOS High Sierra or Mojave on my Optiplex 3050 micro configured stock as:
-Intel core i5 6500T
-8GB RAM
-Intel HD 530
-SSD SanDisk
-Ethernet Realtek RTL8111H
-WiFi Intel AC3165
I’ve tried every single guide including guide on this forum for another optiplex, but noting changes. I’ve create USB from command line/UniBeast/etcher. Tried Kext, BIOS settings, Clover and other many configurations but nothing. I’ve created about 30 times bootable USB. I don’t know what I need to do. Some times I'm stuck on Apple logo, and other times the PC reboot after showing and elaborate data. Can anyone help me?

Nobody can help me? I found another spec from ubuntu terminal
-Motherboard is 0JP3NX manufactured by Dell version A01
-USB Controller description: USB controller product: 200 Series/Z370 Chipset Family USB 3.0 xHCI Controller (Working but i don't know the speed)
-LAN description: Ethernet interface product: RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (WORKING)
-Wifi/Bt Wireless 3165 vendor: Intel Corporation (I know it's not working)
-Audio description: Audio device product: 200 Series PCH HD Audio vendor: Intel Corporation. I read is ALC3234 right? (NOT WORKING)
-Video product: HD Graphics 530 vendor: Intel Corporation physical id: 2 (NOT WORKING)
Also when i've tried the many guides after the reboot i encounter the kernel panic both for audio and video. Then i don't know how to resolve because i've only 1ssd installed and for resolve i've formatted and reinstalled the os.

Yo man, i dunno if you fixed it, but if not, give it a try with catalina. I attach my EFI, just if it give to you problem, update the Ram with your Ram on Clover. cheers
