Ok, trying GUID method i press F12 and i select the UEFI entry. Windows starts.
MBR mode: file attached. What i can do?

If your issue is that you don't see your install_osx partition, my guess is you forgot HFSPlus.efi.
Impossible to know for sure without problem reporting files.
No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

No, HFSPlus.efi is under EFI\Drivers64UEFI....
