- OS X computer to prepare flash drive (using 10.12 downloaded from Mac App Store)
- BIOS settings 1.4.7 A07

- Secure Boot disabled
- Legacy Mode disabled
- SATA - AHCI mode
- Disable VT-D (if available)
- In this BIOS version, DVMT pre-allocation variable is at 0x432, set to 0x1 (32MB)
- Need to change this to 0x3 via efi shell(0x2 = 64MB, 0x3=96MB)
