Dell latitude 3340

I got Monterey on Dell lat 3340 with i5-4210u running great, Everything working except, you have to put the computer to sleep then wake it, after that you can control brightness. Also mic is not working and some touchpad gestures like 2 finger click but one finger works and in about this Mac it says I have a 2.4ghz cpu but it's really 1.7ghz turbo to 2.7ghz. I used an EFI from GitHub for the 3440 and it works. I'll attach the EFI. EDIT: Forgot to mention I removed some kext and added some. I added intelwfi support kext as well DellSMC kext and removed Broadcom kexts, So bluetooth does not work for me because of intel.
