Hi, I want to install Mac os Mojave on my PC
CPU: intel i7 3770s
GPU: AMD radeon HD 7650 1GB

At the moment its running on legacy and I won't mind switching to UEFI (which I did)(yes, I know I have to reinstall windows)

So after following the steps in preparing the usb by using unibeast

I booted through the usb and i got a blank screen help

just wanted to add I made a usb for legacy mode in legacy mode... clover loads quickly but the mac os does not show up

Do you have AHCI enabled in SATA mode?. I have a Dell one 2020, it only has ATA as an option. I’m wondering if it’s the same with the 2330.

AHCI is enabled... you can see it in pic 3 :)

I see it now!. That’s actually really good to know because I was wondering if I could swap out the 2020 board for a Dell Inspiron board that does have AHCI. I don’t know if I’m right in saying this, but technically aren’t these Ivy Bridge boards in the Inspiron, I don’t think it needs to be booted in legacy mode.

1st Boot Device: UEFI SCSI Disk ? This has UEFI. Why not try making a UEFI installer and turning off Legacy OPROMs ?
I would also disable the 7650 Graphics and use only HD4000 if possible. That is fully supported by Mojave. If you haven't flashed the BIOS to the newest version, I would do that too.

I have 2 usbs one with uefi and one with legacy
I tried different possibilities and yes i make sure in the BIOS turn uefi for uefi usb and legacy for legacy usb....

The uefi one takes 5min to load clover and i got the error as shown in post#2

The legacy one boots in 10sec but does not show the install option for Mac OS

I tried different possibilities
I know that the Dell Optiplex AIOs that are Ivy Bridge based too are not the best choices for a hackintosh. These Inspirons have even less options in the BIOS. If you want a Dell prebuilt that really works, get an Optiplex 7010 or 9010. They work pretty much flawlessly. Just ask @craighazan

I agree with trs96, they’re not the best!. They have limited BIOS options which don’t make the Hackintosh experience very enjoyable. You can get a barebones 7010/9010 for $40 on eBay. You’re i7-3770 will be very happy in there.
