Dell Inspiron n5050 15r Master Thread

I need help ASAP! As soon as I downloaded mountain lion I have no acces to ethernet or wifi. I took it to a computer help desk and they reinstalled windows 7 on it somehow but I reinstalled ML thinking the ethernet would work but now it doesn't again. It says its connected in settings but safari won't load and when I click diagnose it shows green for ISP, yellow for Network Settings, red for internet, server, and ethernet. Help me! I can't download mulitbeast without the internet!

Also, I managed to get 10.8.2 successfully running on my Inspiron-n5050. Everything works well, except I don't have gestures working for the touchpad as yet and I didn't use a dsdt. If anyone needs any info or any kexts, respond.
