Hello, I just recently install mac os 10.6.8 on my dell inspiron 660. Everything went good up until I tried connecting to my wifi. I have looked everywhere on the internet for how to get a wifi driver for my system but haven't had any luck with it.

My specs are:
Processor: 3rd Generation Intel Core i5-3340 processor (6M Cache, up to 3.3 GHz) (Note: I know my profile says i have a 3330 but its actually a 3340. Sorry!)

OS: Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit, English (Note: Mac OS X 10.6.8 is installed as well and im currently dual booting)

Memory (RAM): 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHz - 2 DIMMs

Hard Drive: 2TB Hard Drive, 3.5", 7200rpm, SATA + A 80Gb Hard Drive, 3.5", 7200rpm, SATA (Note: the 80Gb drive is where mac is installed)

Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 620 (You can look it up on nvidia's website)

Optical Drive: DVD+/-RW Tray Load Drive, 16x, SATA

Sound: Integrated 5.1 audio

Network: Dell DW1506 (802.11 b/g/n) WLAN half mini-card + 10/100/1000 Ethernet

Ports: Back: (4) USB 3.0, (2) USB 2.0, HDMI, VGA, RJ-45, 3-stack audio jacks supporting 5.1 surround sound

Front:
(2) USB 2.0, MCR 8:1, Mic and Headphone Jacks

As you know, Not having internet, or in my case not being able to connect to wifi, is very frustrating. Having a mac isn't something that I'm to concerned about. It's mainly something to do in my spare time but would be nice to have. If anyone can please help me I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance for any and all help!

Use DPCIManager to find out the vendor/device ID. Dell doesn't make WiFi chipsets...
