Try removing the Ethernet service from System Preferences (using the "-" button) and adding it back ("+"):No, I just tested. I had to inactivate and then activate to make it work.

and reboot and test sleep
Try the attached ethernet kext that I am using.No internet. I deleted the service and then added it back and restarted the computer and after sleep no internet
sudo chown -R 0:0 /Library/Extensions/AppleIntelE1000e.kext
sudo chmod -R 755 /Library/Extensions/AppleIntelE1000e.kext
sudo kextcache -u /

Unzip it and replace your version in /Library/Extensions then run the following commands:
Code:sudo chown -R 0:0 /Library/Extensions/AppleIntelE1000e.kext sudo chmod -R 755 /Library/Extensions/AppleIntelE1000e.kext sudo kextcache -u /
Restart and test
