Dell Inspiron 3542 15 i5-4210U one problem with Sierra

i have dell inspiron 3542 15 i5-4210U intel hd graphics 4400 & nvidia 820m
when i install yosemite 10.10 everything is work fine
but when i install sierra 10.12 everything work fine except the screen light is very low
and "fn keys is not working"


any help!!
