I changed the SATA Operation, but I'm still with this problem, I can't boot mavericks or snow leopard because that, what can I do ?

Chipset is something like HM77/HM76. You can find out what it is in Windows CPU-Z. You neglected to provide screen resolution. The request is written very clearly and concisely in post #2.

I have no idea what Core i3 1900 means.

FYI: A simple google search shows your screen as 1366x768. Please update your profile to reflect.

Yay!

To reach the installer (low res screen, HM7x, Ivy, HD4000), use these flags:
IGPEnabler=Y IGPlatformID=01660003 GraphicsEnabler=N -v

If that does not work, use:
IGPEnabler=N GraphicsEnabler=N -x -v -f UseKernelCache=N
