Obstacle #1
I am unable to boot the UniBeast created USB stick. I followed the instructions on how to create it exactly. When trying to boot, I get "missing operating system".

Fix #1

To be able to boot Unibeast from a USB stick, I had to install Chameleon 1700 package on it. Chimera 1.6 package or Multibeast Lion does not work.

Obstacle #2

Installer seems to load, but does not appear on the screen.

I would love to work with you on this project, here's some of the info that I tried:

I was on the online chat with the members here, and they basically told me that I was out of luck. But I refuse to believe it! If people are able to get N5110 and N4110 then this laptop should work too...?

Anyhow what bios do you have, I have version 07 (i think, doing this from memory), but Dell's website was only listing 06. I may downgrade my bios to see if that makes a difference.

If I remember correctly, if you have this laptop, it depends when you got it. If you have optimus, then you are out of luck. But some laptops have two cards, but not optimus, so they are alright.

If you are lucky and get it working, you will need a dual link patch.

How do you check if you have optimus or two cards?

I have absolutely no clue. I steered clear of all optimus when I bought my laptop.

Any new info on this i have been searching and searching for a tutorial specifically for this laptop or dsdt. i Have extracted dsdt original just need to patch it or find one already patched. i am a noob need a little direction lol ay help much appreciated Thanks
