This is my first time trying to create a Hackintosh. I am at the step that involves choosing the drivers from Multibeast. I am not sure how to choose the drivers. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've looked through the guides and didn't find anything directly applicable.

If my question is answered in the FAQ, can someone point me in the right direction? I read through the FAQ page, and still can't find the info I need.

unibeast and multibeast is for desktops

the faq i linked above has a laptop guide

That helps. I will start my process over using only that guide instead of the guide that told me to use Unibeast and Multibeast. Thank you!

I was able to follow most of the laptop guide you linked. At this point my dell Inspiron is running Mojave. The biggest concern I have right now is that I don't know the best way to set up clover on the internal SSD to be able to boot without the usb in the laptop. Can someone please help with that?
I used this resource for the Kext files and the config.plist : https://github.com/SinhLv/Dell-Ins-14-5447-hackintosh

I used this link to download clover : https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/CloverBootloader/releases

I am ready to search and troubleshoot patches or kexts to solve my smaller problems.
Here is what works: Ethernet, battery indicator, iMessage, keyboard, trackpad, graphics
Here is what doesn't work: screen brightness, audio, wifi, certain function keys

On another note, I was unable to run clover from the link provided by RehabMan https://github.com/RehabMan/Clover
I know this is probably a basic question, but I don't know what I am doing wrong. I click the link to download zip, and then I can't find any files in the clover-master folder that don't look like nonsense to me. The fact that I am typing this in safari on a dell is a thrill. If anyone has any valuable resources they think I should read, please send them my way.

rehabman's version doesn't work on mojave and later

copy your efi form your usb installer to your hard drive

mount both first

Thanks! I got the hacktop to boot without the usb! My next question is about getting the wifi, audio, and screen brightness working. Wifi is my priority. The card that comes with, and is installed right now, is the Intel Dual band Wireless - AC 3160NGW. I read on another thread that MacOS does not support Intel wireless cards period. Is that true?
If I want wifi, what card should I replace the Intel one with?

Clover configurator didn't work when I just tried to mount the EFI, so I used the method in this link.

What wifi card would you recommend??
I just replaced the ACPI folder in the EFI with the one from here and now audio works and screen brightness!
