Dell E6330 Install EI Capitan problem

Since I am noob, I just download EFI from internet.
But I cannot find the exactly model's EFI.
I have install OS already, but some issues cannot solve.

For Clover EFI:
1. Screen will broken and flash.
2. Have ethernet lan but no function.
Touchpad, USB, Battery are normal operation.

For Opencore EFI:
1. Touchpad and USB(all ports) no function.
2. No Battery indication.
Screen and ethernet lan are normal operation

I tried many many many methods, but still cannot solve.
Can anyone can help?
