Dell 7520 Catalina installation problem

I was stuck at the afps_module_start and that probelm was fixed (modified EC0 to EC.) by following this guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-usb-power-property-injection-for-sierra-and-later.222266/ however now I am facing another issue with installation being stuck at AppleUSBHostCompositeDevice (Image attached)
The clover folder which is attached was working fine with Mojave, however I no longer have a mac/hackintosh, I'm currently running windows.

Can someone suggest me a solution to what am I missing. I have tried FakePCIID as still to no avail.

I have followed the guide and completely replaced my clover folder, however I am still facing the same issue.

guide has no mention of using NullCPUPowerManagement.kext
