It appears that some applications defaults to my "weak" graphics card: nvidia quadro 410.
Photoshop states this explicitly (Open GL via 410) in the settings.
It cripples the whole machine - everything lags. I suspect it's the same when i render video, since also Skype video will make the whole machine slow.
Is there some way to prioritise the GPUs in whatevergreen? Somehow the 410 is the default choice for metal.
Hackintool output:
I should note, that i have a serious performance bottleneck in the pcie slots. I only have one pcie 3.0 (cpu bus x16 both electrical and physical) and the 410 is on a 2.0 (chipset bus x16 physical, x2 electrical!!). The 410 runs much smoother if it's in the 3.0 slot alone.
I'm get a "new" z97 board with 3.0 x8/x8 soon, and this will probably help alot, but i stil want to get the most out of the setup by defaulting to the GTX 770.
Thanks in advance
