Hello
I've already post this, but in the wrong forum section I think...

I use mackintoshes for video post-production.
3 of them has PCI monitoring video card from the same brand :BlackMagicDesign
There is a "bug" in 2 of the 3 hackintoshes related to the sound output :
Rig 1: Z170 Mobo with alc1150 onboard audio and Deckling Minimonitor
Rig 2 : X99 Mobo with alc1150 onboard audio and Deckling 4K Studio
Rig 3 SUPERMICRO X9DRG-QF Mobo without onboard audio with a Decklink 4K Extrem

In the Sound preference panel, output tab, if Decklink is selected
Sound_output.png
Whatever Clips played in Quicktime/FCPX is frozen at the first frame. With any other sound output it's fine again
Whatever Clips played in Resolve is Mute (Vu meters work in fact) and Laggy. With any other sound output it's fine again.

And that only happens on the Rig 2 and 3 !!
Any ideas to make it work
Thanks in advance

I have a Decklink Mini Monitor for Resolve.
Try:
1) remove and re-insert the card.
2) Install the lowest stable version of Blackmagic Decktop Video supported (version 10.5 in my case).
3)Make sure the HD-SDI/HDMI out connected device is capable for sound output.
All the best!

I'll try to get an older version of Blackmagic Desktop Video
The rig 1 hasn't, in fact, any trouble
