CustoMac Pro with a GTX 1080 Ti, easy installation ?

I plan buying the exact same hardware as the CustoMac Pro, but with a GTX 1080 Ti.
Do you think the installation and stability of the system would be more or less guaranteed, because it is on the buyer guide ?

I also plan on using Intel 600P NVMe M.2 SSD.

I am using the Gigabyte GA-Z270X-UD5, one of the motherboards recommended in the CustoMac Pro section. The installation of MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 was pretty straightforward for me, and the system seems to be stable so far. But I am using an older GTX660 graphics card which has native support. I have no experience with Pascal graphics card like the GTX 1080 Ti.
