Hi All

I want to build a high-end hackintosh to do:
- Some video-editing
- Graphics (Photoshop or Sketch with lots and lots of artboards)
- Illustration (Large PSDs with lots and lots of layers)
- 3D-Rendering (Cinema 4d etc.)

I built my last PC 10 years ago, so I could really use some help. Mostly what kind of Case should I get that isn't too bulky (really like the white bitfenix cases). What kind of power supply and cooling system to go with it?
The hackintosh also has to be compatible with a 5k Monitor.

Appreciate all the help I can get!

Motherboard:
- Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 TH

CPU:
- Core i7-6700K

Graphics Card:
- EVGA GTX 950

RAM:
- Crucial Ballistix Sport LT (64GB)

SSD:
- Samsung 850 EVO 1TB

Wifi:
- TP-Link PCI Express Wifi Adapter (N)

Case (I'm really not sure here):
- BitFenix Prodigy
- BitFenix Phenom
- BitFenix Prodigy M
- BitFenix Phenom M

Power (Do I need something else for a non-corsair case?):
- Corsair RM 650 Watt

Cooling (Do I need something else for a non-corsair case?):
- Corsair H60 (Water)

Monitor:
- Dell UltraSharp 27 Ultra HD 5K

None of these parts are bought yet, so completely open to suggestions

You've chosen an full-size ATX mainboard, but all your case options are Mini-ITX or µATX, so it won't fit in.

If you don't plan to overclock your i7, I would go for a (good!) air-cooling solution. Cheap AIO water cooling systems tend to have a noisy fan & pump (don't know if it's true for the H60 though).

The make of your PSU doesn't matter as long as it's standard ATX. You won't need that 650W PSU unless you install a 2nd GPU and do heavy overclocking. Your system (i7-6700 + GTX 950) won't need more than 400W under extreme load.

Thanks for your answer!

So either:
- Choose a bigger case (like the fractal r5)
or
- Choose a Mini-ITX mainboard and be limited to 32gb RAM?

Can you recommend any good air cooling solutions?
So this (450watt) would work fine as a PSU?
