CustoMac Budget ATX with sleep option but without discrete graphics

Ok i really want to build a budget CustoMac but i'm right now in not the situation to buy separate graphics and need to make the build fast as my previous hackintosh lenovo y570 is dead. I really need sleep in that machine, so is there any other options?
Also want to reuse a drive from that machine: mSATA SSD; so need some recomndations on adapter from mSATA(miniPCI) to PCI-E.
Is this even possible?
