Custom SSD Icons

Thanks for the tip! Using photoshop and iconverticons.com I made the following 'less traditional' looking icons for my hardware: Samsung 850 Evo, 3 Seagate 3tb HDDs in a RAID 0 setup and an external 3tb Lacie HDD. This is how the icons look, and below are the .PNG files:

It's not the greatest, but try this one if you'd like. Here's a preview of how it will look (the actual .PNG file is attached at the bottom). To make the actual .ICNS file, go to iconverticons.com and use the online icon creator. Drag and drop the .PNG file into it and download the ICNS (Finder Ready) option. Then follow the instructions from the OP and you are good to go :thumbup:

I have done something similar for my Macbook Pro, I have added these two devices to the Mac, and have changed their images to the following.

hi, been looking but didn't find the savage ssd icon in this thread so i made a quick one ... not very perfect but it does the job and hope others can use it :)
