Ok. Thanks. But My sound card is not external. It is built into the motherboard

Was the request for PCI devices?
Since the codec does not show in Status, no OS X audio.

What can I do to was something out of a sound? Buy PCI card? Or USB? But I do not need a sound card, so it should be cheap. What would be the best?

Hooray! Hooray! Randomly decided to put sound through MultiBeast (also tried before). Put what some of the voodoo HDA (do not remember the number). Sound arose. Works. Final Cut also immediately earned!

But the sound of wheezing! Terrible! Hardly make out what is actually played. Need another driver. But what? (

If the codec shows up in DPCIManager/Status, reply with screenshot.

In general, so I found a solution, though quite accidentally:

1). Download the latest version VoodooChDA
It contains:
* VoodooHDA.kext
VVoodooHDA.prefPane
AppleHDADisabler.kext
VoodooHdaSettingsLoader.app
2). Using Kext Utility installed all Kext's
3). Restart. Now it worked!)

Hi, have you looked at/tried the driver for Sound Blaster Recon 3D for Mac ?

They are shipping an external model and a internal PCI-e.

It uses the same chipset - Sound Core 3D.

Sorry to get your hopes up, it was actually a control panel :>
Nonetheless, it contains some code for the Sound Core 3D.
