CPU Throttling (speedster) not working on 12.5 Sierra

I have a laptop with CPU - i7 3537U (multiplier x8 to 31x)
On dual cpu boost this CPU goes to 2.9ghz but in Sierra after applying ssdt using pikerPRGen (which didn't helped) I'm stuck at 1.8ghz and speed drops to 0.8ghz on idle.

Please help, how do I get the full speed on my hackintosh machine.

Make sure you used the 'beta' branch of ssdtPRgen.sh.

And no idea without "problem reporting" files.
