CPU OC not present in macOS

Hello,
I recently installed Catalina on my pc. My i5-8600k was @5Ghz in windows, and everything was fine (fixed mode). While in macOS, my clock speed ranges from 1 to 3 Ghz. Any ideas?

In most situations it will automatically pick up any overclock bit if not then run this script :-

Which will patch your X86PlatformPlugin.kext with additional high and low frequencies ... be sure to select the matching SMBIOS your using from the list.
