Couln’t install and use Vodoo debug version

Hi, on my oldie HP4530s High Sierra works like a charm, thanks Rehabman and the whole community. My keyboard is Turkish Q layout and I want to remap my < key as “ and “ key as <. I read the Rehabman’s viki about debugging and I know how to configure kext plist. But I can not get PS2 scan key codes for the < and “ keys.

Could you help me about this, providing a basic tutorial for running vodooPS2 debug will be very helpfull.
