Couldn't boot in Safe mode?

Hi,

I have clover 4558 and High Sierra working, some times I get a Kernel Panic. I try boot from safe mode to find solution but get this error...

What is happening?

As it says, there is an error loading the kernel cache.
Sometimes it can be overcome by booting with -f UseKernelCache=No or by using Rehabman's version of Clover and boot without caches. Sometimes continued reboots eventually works.
Ensure that SIP is fully disabled.

Are you booting from the recovery partition ?
Why ?
Why in safe mode ?
