Could C621 motherboard install hackintosh now?

I got a new workstation with ASRock rack EPC621D8A and Xeon Platinum P-8124 CPU, could I install Mojave on this PC? My graphic card is SAPPHIRE RX580 NITRO+

asus WS C621E SAGE with Two(2x) Xeon 8180

only 56 cores, 112 threads.
