Hi there.
I'm facing a problem that my SUMSUNG PM951(MZVLV256HCHP) couldn't show up.
My laptop is Lenovo Miix 5 pro (miix 720 121kb)
CPU: I5 7200U; graphic: HD 620; HDD: PM951.
Clover 4047, macOS Sierra 10.12.4.

I've tried RehabMan's Clover patch, PikeRAlpha's patch, and also NVMegeneric.kext, but it turns out to be useless.
And I tried to load IONVMeFamily manually, it's useless too.

Discuss in PCBETA, the others just patch their config, and istallation get worked. But why it doesn't work for me.
Could anybody help me out...

Attach output of 'lspci -nn' from Linux Terminal.

Thanks Mr. RehabMan.
I don't have a Linux system now, I got an output form AIDA64. I'll attach it first and I gonna download a Linux system.

Ubuntu can be run directly from USB.
I will wait for it.

Thanks for waiting. But I'm afraid I couldn't provide it in 20 hours.
Just now I boot into Ubuntu USB DISK, but when I chose 'try Ubuntu...' it shows me black screen and can't boot into system.
I'll try another system, but it's 00:30 in the middle night, and it's monday today...

God damn it.
thanks.

谢谢,RehabMan大神。

Get my work done.
Thanks again.

Good Night.

I'm guessing that you have an eMMC device as the main storage device.
It is not supported.

You can see it in your lspci output:
Code:
00:1f.2 Memory controller [0580]: Intel Corporation Sunrise Point-LP PMC [8086:9d21] (rev 21)

See later reply...

but some other guy with the pmc issue managed to get it installed.
You can see it here

Maybe it is not what I think, now that I look at your lspci again...

The problem is your SATA controller is in RAID mode. You need to set it to AHCI.
