Hi all,
I have a succesful running sierra hackingtosh with a 7700k cpu. I decided adding a H100i V2 for cooling. It seemed a nice heavy solution for a cold temprature. Since i will be doing a lot of Lightroom, Final cut and such i expect heavy CPU use.
But now when idle i have HWmonitor reading a solid 32 - 34 degrees. which seems very nice.
but when i boot up Lightroom it shoots to 60/70 easily. and then swings a lot between 30/40 and 60/70.
When heavy editing i get warnings and readings of 80 to max 87.
The pump runs, the CPU FAN is set to full speed. Is my cooling faulty, is the reading faulty
when i go into the bios it reads a solid 44 degrees. which seems different the the mac os idle temps.
