Copy of APFS.efi failed

Hello All,
just started my build and I tried to make the boot loader. After the 10 min download it say "error" "There was an error creating your Uibeast drive: copy of AFPS efi failed" I erased my usb 2 times and the same error message happened. tried to upload a screen shot but go an error there too...
