I'm using as ASRock H55M-LE board... I had to go into the BIOS and enable most of the disabled features under the CPU configuration screen as well as the others under the chipset config... once I did all that, I was able to boot into XMove, get Mountain Lion installed, and then reboot into Mountain Lion... YMMV... but it's worth a shot...
