Please note that your Kaby Lake CPU is not natively supported in El Capitan.
You will need macOS Sierra 10.12.6 or higher, or use FakeCPUID.
[NEW / TESTING] Intel 7th Generation Kaby Lake CPUs + 200 Series Motherboards in macOS

Please note that your GTX 1050 Ti is not supported in El Capitan.
You will need macOS Sierra 10.12.4 or higher, and the Nvidia Web Drivers.

Basically you can't install El Capitan on your new system since El Capitan does not have support for your hardware. You need Sierra 10.12.6 or later.
