Confusion with Mavericks download

Everything is ok but before making the Hackintosh boot drive, when I went to download Mavericks from the Mac App store (mac os x mountain lion running within virtual box in windows 7) it shows only 'upgrade' and 'install' button instead of the 'download' button as I seen in video tutorials. Is it okay to go ahead with Mavericks download? Please help me.

Are you looking at App Store -> Purchases? or App Store -> Updates?
Downloads are at Purchases.
 
Oh, probably I was looking at updates :)
