Hi guys,

I'm about to get my new Haswell PC.
I would like to get answers, so that I will be able to install OS X when I'll get my PC.
How do I do this: http://pikeralpha.wordpress.com/2013/06/16/intel-hd4600-with-full-resolution/ ?
I'm not sure where to put the "XML snippet".
Is it in /Extra/EFI/MacBookAir62.xml? should I create it or it is already exist?
Is gfxutil built-in OSX?
How do I "re-compile RevoBoot and copy the boot loader to the root directory (/) of your boot drive and then you reboot"?
Mostly how do I recompile and how I even install it for the first time (the wiki leads to 404...).
Could I use the _DSM method in the post above, even if my Gigabyte H87-D3H doesn't have a DSDT file?

Thanks!

Hi,

I haven't tried it, but further down on the link you posted it says that you create the xml and then convert it into a .bin with this tool:

./gfxutil -i xml -o bin /Extra/EFI/MacBookAir62.xml /Extra/EFI/MacBookAir62.bin

How do I switch from Chameleon/ Chimera to RevoBoot?
