Config for 4K video editing+motion design 2D/3D animation

I currently own an old Mac Pro 2008. Despite having upgraded it as I could, I can not work properly with it anymore.
So I have decided to begin the Hackintosh adventure. But I'm a little bit anxious, I'm not a real handyman with computers. :-/

So, I have searched on the Buyer's guide and I have tried to choose wisely :

Yes ! But I have not yet installed IOS on and I'm not sure to do it for the moment.
