Computer starts up after shut down

Hi everybody,

my computer is having a strange behavior, which came with the motherboard I have.
Every time I shut down the computer, I must unplug it from the electricity socket, otherwise it would start up again by itself.
After shut down the HDD led is blinking in an "unhealthy" way.

To solve the problem I already tried to replace the PSU and even I replaced the Motherboard for another piece of the same kind, but it didn't help. I upgraded the BIOS and no change.

Did anybody experience something similar? Any ideas?

Don't have the same MB but I solved it in UEFI BIOS enabling S5 Power Savings. Look for that option.
