computer restarts during apple logo, before installer begins

Hi, looking for help with a pesky installer restart issue. Clover boots to the apple logo, but then it restarts moment later. When using nv_disable=1 -v it reaches hibernate wake: no. Then creates a line of plus signs after a short pause, then the system restarts. I am running 10.11.6, but used the config.plist with the suggested plist from the skylake 10.11.3 starter guide, since the guide for 11.4+ doesn't include installation instructions

Any suggestions where it could be going wrong? I'm currently using usbinjectall.kext. I previously was using a 17,1 config, but I kept getting the 'OS X not supported on your platform' error.

Make sure that CsrActiveConfig is set to 0x67 not 0x03 in Clovers config.plist.
If that doesn't work, try using OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi.

i changed CstActiveConfig, no changes. Then I changed the OsxAptioFixDrv thing, and i got a AsxAptipFixDrv: Error about memory allocation

Make sure that CsrActiveConfig is set to 0x67 not 0x03 in Clovers config.plist.
If that doesn't work, try using OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi.

is there anything else I can try if this didnt work? though changing the efi file gave me the memory error instead of the prior one.
