Computer Restarting when I shut down

Hi there, I just built my first hack using using a I5-3570K and a GA-UD5H. I got everything up and running and sleep is working natively, the biggest problem I am having is when I try and shut down the computer from the top left menu the whole system shuts down and fires back up. Not sure if it is something I did on the mother board or if it is a known issue with my board. I had the same issue on 10.8 as when I upgraded to 10.8.2 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had to disable the wake from LAN option on my BIOS. I guess I had missed that when I was setting up my Hack.
