I'd pick a 2600K instead and overclock it, rather than getting an expensive 2700K.

Thank you...

What PSU are you buying?

I have an existing Corsairs 750Watt - sadly it's not modular.

Cheers... I saw this somewhere so I was able to wrap most of my cords under the case's motherboard panel and bring them back up to the sockets. So basically, all cords lead to the sockets from under the panel. And the Corsairs 60 CPU water cooler is fine too. More space and it doesn't run hot and it's not noisy as a CPU fan. Probably doing a good job too.

I know that that used to be the case, but I've seen deals on newegg at different times that make the price difference managable. Not to mention that you could install stock fan, which ends up saving money in the end.

I did end up with the 2600K @ 4.2GHz water cooled. Will push it up a little later -maybe no more than 4.6GHz - bios allowing. The 22nm should be a better deal anyhow.
