Although GTX 760 will be recognized by default in Mavericks for example I had some minor issues and finally solved them.
For example in Safari the Top Sites page, clicking the pin icon in the page’s upper-left corner did not work as the reverse action, click the pin icon did not work either. Rearranging the pages by dragging them was functional, however clicking the Top Sites pages for selecting did not work. Also selecting the topics in Mavericks Cache Cleaner did not work. I tried almost everything, posted the problem but did not get an answer. I can't imagine that there is nobody out there with exactly the same issues...
But I solved the issues by downloading the CUDA driver from NVIDIA and installing them. Now it is easy-peasy again to scroll thru menus and select items.
