Compatible for what? Which macOS?

The HD2500 graphics is not supported, as far as I know, so you would need to run a discrete GPU.

The CPU integrated graphics of the i3 3220 (HD 2500) is not supported on MacOS. You will need a supported graphics card if you want to try and install MacOS.

You will probably need more RAM also as 4GB is barely enough nowadays.

But first, check the BIOS to see if the required options in the Installation Guide are available (especially XHCI Handoff). If not you may not be able to install MacOS on it.
