The RX5700 might present a small issue, it has only recently become supported look around in the graphics forums for assistance with making it work.

yes it does work but there are some complications. Like it only works on Catalina 15.1 and I think on only SM iMac 19,1. But you will need to research that out for yourself

Support for AMD 5700 series GPU's has only just started with 10.15.1 and should be considered beta at the moment.
The drivers should mature within one or two MacOS Catalina updates (10.15.2 and/or 10.15.3) which i estimate will be around the first quarter of 2020.

If I where you i'd buy everything except the 5700 GPU and run the system off the IGPU, by the time MacOS and WEG fully support the 5700 GPU's with no issues they may have come down in price a bit.
