Comments requested Acer Nitro AN515-55 & Catalina

Hi, i just bought an Acer Nitro AN515-55-71GU Laptop I want to make it Dual Boot.
I'm thinking going with OpenCore and do the OS selection from BIOS

Specs
CPU i7 10750H (Comet Lake)
Southbridge HM470
256GB SSD PCIe Win OS
1 TB HDD Data
512 GB SSD PCIe for Catalina (Waiting for the disk to arrive)
16 GB RAM (Will be increased to 32)
LAN Killer E2600
Wifi intel AX201
nVidia GTX 1650(should be disabled for Catalina)

So far I haven't found information about the CPU, LAN or audio chipset.
Thinking on using MacBookPro 16.4 SMBIOS

Any advice or comments will be greately appreciated.
