Here your are!
I have compiled a custom SSDT to get rid of the 15 port limit patch. I figured out 18 ports to be active on the motherboard, but I'm not really sure about HS07 and HS08. But I haven't had any glitches so far ignoring them. For those, who want to tackle a custom SSDT I'll provide the list of all the ports for compiling a SSDT themself. I ended up including 12 active ports for me, which fit easily into the 15 port limit. The two USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports on the back plate are not affected by the SSDT, by the way. They work and seem to count besides the XHC controller.
This is what I figured out for all the possible 26 ports:
No idea what's the issue with your boot, but let me tell you how I did it:
1. I used USB stick created according to https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.235474/
2. I've added few kexts (EFI attached) - it booted without an issue
3. Did normal install
4. After that I upgraded to 10.13.1 and installed latest nVidia drivers
5. I had issues with sound but installation of FakePCIID.ext and FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext helped.
Overall everything what I need works, but not everything is yet tested.
