Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone has a similar experience or any relevant information. I'll try to keep it short.
I have 09 cMP 5,1 firmware + GTX970 non-EFI. 10.12-10.12.3
It was perfect under 10.10 and 10.11.
The day I upgrade to Sierra, I started getting GPU glitches and issues.
I've replicated this on a 100% fresh install.
I've swapped the GPU slot.
I've removed all other PCI-E cards.
I've tried a 560TI.
The main, or most obvious, places that I see issues are
Playing Rust - There's no fog effects anywhere.
Playing The Long Dark - Game crashes after 20 mins or so, with console logging GPU reset.
OpenGLExtensions viewer - Core test has a diagonal glitch across the screen, where compatibility does not.
I can, of course, return to 10.11 but it would be a massive upheaval.
The machine runs perfectly for its primary use.
Anyway...I'm really just wondering if anyone with the same setup sees the same thing, or doesn't.
Many thanks in advance folks.
